The Hospital Leaders,Managers and the Health Comittee, ended a five days leadership Retreat with a main puporse of discussing on the Quality Improvement of services rendered at Kibuye Referral Hospital.

Within these five days,the Accreditation Comittees made updates of policies and procedure,programs and plans that will guide the  Hospital Quality Improvement activities,they elaborated   tools that will help in collecting data with the main purpose of tracking the impact of quality improvement activities to patients.

The Health Comittee gained opportunity to discuss with the Hospital management about the Accreditation process and set guidelines that will lead to acheivement of level three of the accreditation Process.

Kibuye Referral Hospital has achieved level 2 of Accreditation process in the last two years and has the target of achieving the highest level in Quality improvement in the upcoming year through conducting Quality improvement projects and plans in different departments of the Hospital and complying with Accreditation standards.

The Retreat started  on 28/08/2023  to  01/09/2023.
