The unity of neonatology operates 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. It is staffed by registered nurses and midwives. Pediatricians and physicians who do round wards for further management of neonates. It deals with routine neonatal care, neonatal infections, neonatal complications, low birth weight and prematurity management.
